ONLINE COURSE CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

1. Eligibility for Refund: To qualify for a refund, enrolled doctors must complete at least half of the course content. This ensures that the doctor has given the course a fair and genuine attempt before deciding on its value.
2. Reason for Refund: The sole acceptable reason for requesting a refund is if the doctor genuinely believes they are not deriving value from the course and anticipate no benefit from its completion. Simply not initiating, completing, or engaging with the course does not qualify one for a refund.
3. Refund Request Period: Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
4. Method of Request: Doctors wishing to request a refund must do so by contacting our team during our working hours and on working days.
5. Deductions: There will be a 5% deduction from the refund amount to cover transactional fees. This is non-negotiable and will be deducted irrespective of the reason for the refund.
6. Payment Method for Refund: Refunds will only be processed to the same card or account that was used for the initial purchase.
7. Refund Processing Time: Once a refund request is approved, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
